This is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel and replace the placeholders before launch.

Replay (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you sign up on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join the founding list, we store:

We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

We process your email on the basis of your consent, in order to give you early access, send your welcome email, and occasionally update you about Replay. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where it’s stored

Signups are stored in Cloudflare D1. Welcome and update emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf.

The Replay app itself

The Replay application runs in your browser. Your meeting audio is streamed directly from your browser to the transcription provider (Deepgram) and language model (Google Gemini); it is not stored on a Replay server. Your session history and settings are kept in your browser’s local storage.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data at any time — just email founders@replay.example.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
